About

I work with those large organisations and public-sector bodies currently navigating the practical consequences of rapid technological change. My background spans AI, spatial computing, immersive technologies and emerging systems - with a focus not on novelty or tooling, but on what happens once these technologies meet organisational reality My skills are focused upon ensuring partners' strategic and operational readiness, coordination, decision-making, workforce dynamics, technology selection legitimacy and risk preparedness. I have advised and worked alongside senior teams in large enterprises, infrastructure operators, universities and government-adjacent organisations - often where technology is moving faster than existing structures can absorb. My role is typically that of providing trusted external perspective and guidance: - helping leaders to surface potential second-order effects early, - pressure-testing assumptions - making complex change incrementally implementable and governable before it can slide into operational or reputational failure. Alongside advisory positions I have lead and delivered practical application projects and prototypes to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical decision-makers, boards and public audiences. This combination of hands-on technical depth and system-level thinking allows me to bridge the gap between what technology can make possible with what institutions can and should realistically or safely adopt. I work internationally and cross sectorially wherever emerging technologies intersect with infrastructure, education, workforce transition and public trust. If you are grappling with how AI and other emerging technologies translate into real organisational risk and readiness, I’m happy to have a conversation.

  • I work with organisations operating in environments where emerging technologies intersect with infrastructure, education, workforce transition and public trust.
  • Act as a trusted external advisor to senior teams, helping them assess organisational readiness, transition risk and second-order implications of adopting AI, immersive technologies and connected systems.
  • Support decision-makers in navigating ambiguity, particularly where technological capability is advancing faster than governance, coordination or institutional capacity.
  • Lead applied projects and demonstrations where practical prototyping is required to surface hidden assumptions, test readiness and make complex systems legible to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Frequently operate at the boundary between technical teams, executives and policy-facing roles, ensuring decisions are informed by both system-level risk and real-world constraints.
