• Handled flip and splits of CUSIP transactions, statement additions/deletions, and Halo application updates (additions, deletions, amendments) within strict SLA timelines, ensuring smooth transaction processing and effective communication with internal clients to understand requirements
• Managed operational ticket queues, handling requests such as trade matching, break status
• updates, fund investigation and making amendments.
