  • This was a company-led initiative aimed at adopting a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy. The design change helped unify the platform, giving it a more cohesive, professional look. While the PLG approach didn’t deliver the numbers we anticipated, the design overhaul was well-received by existing customers and new ones, and we've maintained this design language since then.
  • Bot Versioning and Rollback:
  • We’ve significantly reduced the time required to address bot issues in production—by almost 90%. Now, if a bot breaks in production, it can be immediately rolled back to a stable version, while the new fix can be worked on in staging and deployed later.
  • Omnichannel:
  • We’ve greatly improved the speed of building and maintaining bots across multiple channels. A bot can now be built for one channel and easily deployed to another with minimal adjustments. In most cases, 80-90% of the bot remains unchanged, and only the channel-specific elements need to be tweaked—much more efficient than building a separate bot for each channel from scratch.
  • A/B Testing:
  • This feature allows clients to easily test different bot flows, enabling them to identify which versions or variations lead to better conversion rates. It empowers them to experiment and optimize their strategies with real-time data.
