About

"The goal is not just to practice law, but to shape the policies that govern the practice." Driven by the pursuit of institutional excellence, I am a B.A. LL.B. My academic and professional trajectory is defined by the structural alignment of Law, Economics, and Public Policy, with a core focus on the evolution of India's legislative machinery. 🏛️ National Leadership & Policy Advocacy My experience at the intersection of governance and constitutional advocacy is grounded in high-stakes representation: • Viksit Bharat Young Leaders’ Dialogue (2026): Selected as one of 24 presenters nationwide to pitch policy ideas for a future-ready workforce directly to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India at Bharat Mandapam. • National Youth Icon: Recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, for leadership in youth-led governance and national development. • Diplomacy & Parliamentary Procedure: Represented the West Bengal contingent at the BRICS Youth Pre-Consultation Summit and served as a sub-head for "The Great Indian Sabha" parliamentary simulation. ⚖️ Legal Rigour & Advocacy Excellence I believe effective governance requires a synthesis of clinical legal precision and strategic foresight. My practical experience includes: • National Moot Court Winner: Emerged as Winner at the 10th Late Shri Vijay A. Chavan National Moot Court Competition (2026), demonstrating excellence in appellate advocacy and legal research against premier law schools nationwide. • Access to Justice: Interned with the West Bengal State Legal Services Authority (SLSA), focusing on bridging the gap between statutory rights and grassroots implementation. • Socio-Legal Research: Investigating "Court Annexed Mediation" and the implications of Social Contract Theory on modern electoral reforms. 📈 Future Trajectory & Strategic Interests I am a student of Strategy and Global Affairs, refining my ability to navigate the complex spheres of law, finance, and diplomacy. • Academic Specialization: Aiming for an M.Sc. in Law and Finance (LSE) to master the intersection of regulatory frameworks and global markets. • Public Service: Dedicated to the Civil Services to implement systemic reforms in Indian administration. • Core Interests: Constitutional Law | Electoral Reforms | Law & Economics | Semiconductor Industry Strategy. 📍 Kolkata / New Delhi 📩 Interests: Public Policy, Legal Research, Strategic Affairs, and Governance
