Led the Aquamarine (Scope 1) Project, utilizing condensate as softened water for the plant, reducing steam and softened water consumption for the process. Projected to save 47.3K USD/annum.
Led the AOS Pipeline Network Project, reducing the cost of AOS raw materials with savings of 56K USD/annum by integrating a new AOS pipeline into the Soap and Dove Plant. Reduced IBC usage and removal, saving 8K USD/annum. Total savings for Soap Plants: 64K USD/annum.
Engineer in charge of solving reliability issues, analyzing and eliminating 316 hours of breakdown downtime through proper maintenance, RCA, and equipment improvements, addressing bottlenecks during the Soap Plant's processes, eliminating repetitive issues which caused a loss of 78.1K USD.
Initiated Safety Improvement, enhancing safety for rotating equipment by adding proper guards, minimizing unsafe conditions, and ensuring machine bagging safety for equipment and personnel.

Nexus: H3PO4 Dosing Tank Project. Led the project and created an integrated pipeline and dosing tank for the Dove Plant, reducing preparation time for production by 1 hour.

Initiate a simple piping draft of the Bima fuel station using AutoCAD, using an isometric view to represent the 3D surface of the piping system.
Recommend a better option for future fuel stations based on the pipe supplier catalogue to use based on ASME standard and code using ASTM A53 Carbon Steel Pipe with given specification for the same environment condition and equipment of the piping system in the future. Deliver a saving cost around Rp500.000,- per 6 meters of pipe based on the pipe supplier catalogue.
