• I successfully reduced execution time for frontend automation from 16hrs to 8hrs in existing Katalon-based solutions by optimizing the way we automate.

• Joined as first QA in Paytm for mobile apps. Created the QA process and policies. From an outsourced QA model, individually handled the complete transition outsourced to in-house model.

• Handled end to end delivery including Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, impact analysis, test case creation, testing, test automation of app & apis and post-production testing once deployed.
• Was one of the first 100 employees that were moved from Paytm to Paytm Mall.
• Handled Cart and Order systems of Paytm, that is Heart of entire Paytm Platform that process over 400M+ transactions every month.
• Ensure 100% uptime in Demonetization as well as peak traffic period of festivals.

• Worked with a client named as British Gas on their IoT application called Hive Home. Was responsible for training, mentoring team. Was responsible for the automation of iOS, Android Apps using SeeTest and Website using Selenium.
• Hive home was a home heating solution used by millions of people in the UK and was controlled by website, IoT applications, and remote control like devices.
• We reached 98% stability from 80% stability post I joined.
