From manufacturing award-winning three roll mills in San Diego to working simultaneously with it's manufacturing plant which was also started by it's CEO Ken Kuang in Yixing China they're able to source copper tungsten, copper-molybdenum, and other composite materials. Ken has also successfully introduced the HENGLI brand production furnaces to the international market, drying and firing furnaces have been widely used in solar cell processing and electronic assembly industries.
While driving sales and growing the Torrey Hills Technologies product line, Ken has also published a series of books utilizing his past experience and what he's learned through his time since starting Torrey Hills Technologies. His publishments have been on Fuel Cell Electronics Packaging, RF and Microwave Microelectronics Packaging, Advanced Thermal Management Materials, RF and Microwave Microelectronics Packaging II, and lastly Conveyor Belt Furnace Thermal Processing - all published through Springer.
