Hi, I’m Dan. I’ve spent over a decade in residential real estate, working with investors, operators and institutions to build, operate and scale living assets. Along the way, I’ve seen first hand how fragmented and over-complicated proptech became long before AI arrived. Too many systems, too little insight, and not much to show for it. That experience is exactly why I co-founded VerbaFlo.AI VerbaFlo uses AI to cut through the noise and make technology work properly for real estate. It brings CRM, communications and operational intelligence into one unified platform, delivering real ROI, better data, happier residents, higher occupancy and lower operating costs. I lead commercial growth and strategic partnerships across the UK and Europe. Alongside VerbaFlo, I am a Director of RESI Consultancy. Just straight-talking advice grounded in how assets are actually bought, run and scaled. Our team work across PBSA, BTR, Co-Living, SFH and Later Living, helping clients make better decisions on investment, operations and strategy.
