• Lead the QA strategy and end-to-end testing for the White Cap eCommerce platform on Optimizely.
• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to key business flows, including multi-location checkout, shipment workflows, and role-based admin controls.
• Own and deliver sanity, regression, functional, and cross-environment testing across critical modules like PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout, Payments, and Admin portal.
• Validate location-based functionalities and inventory behavior across different shipping scenarios.
