• Backed by industry-leading VCs including Dragonfly and Pantera, Morph is an Ethereum scaling solution combining ZK and Optimistic rollup technologies, empowering developers to build consumer applications focusing on UX and accessibility.
• As the Head of Community, I was responsible for spearheading the community team's vision, strategy, and processes crucial for the growth of Morph community. This includes initiatives such as hackathons, technical partnerships, builder & founder meetups, ambassador program, community calls, office hours, event representation, and overall expansion of the developer, creator, and user community. Some major milestones:
• Drove and contributed towards dozens of partnerships, deployments and integrations on a regular basis, with prominent names including Dune, WalletConnect, MetaMask, Compound, Bancor, HenrySocial, Cookbook, Sablier, Envio, and Reclaim, among many others.
• Onboarded top 5% out of 2500+ applicants as Morph ambassadors, from 20+ countries, in the first 3 months of the program. This resulted in thousands of monthly contributions such as technical blogs, consumer-applications, and events—listed under highlights on 𝕏 - @manbirmarwah.
• Hosted and supported with developer- and founder-focused events in San Francisco, New York, Brussels, Paris, Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul, Bangalore, and more cities globally with 250–500 attendees on an average.
• Monthly developer community calls with 2000+ attendees, along with Office Hours and partner co-marketing initiatives resulting in traction among an audience of millions.
• Partnered with ETHGlobal for 10+ events including hackathons and conferences, resulting in 200+ project deployments in a short span of 6 months. The winning projects are also showcased on community calls at the end of each month.

• As an Ethereum ecosystem development grantee, I’ve been actively involved in research and outreach around grassroots Ethereum communities. My goal is to connect with and support individuals and initiatives that are advancing Ethereum’s vision. This includes developers, community builders, students, professors, educators, and nonprofits. I funneled grants for various projects and initiatives around education and R&D of the Ethereum protocol. These grants aim to foster a culture of research and development within the Ethereum community, encouraging innovation and exploration, and contributing towards shaping Ethereum into a more geographically decentralized protocol—enabling more people from progressively developing economies to witness its potential and be a part of building something meaningful.
• These efforts are part of my commitment to cultivate an ‘infinite garden’ around Ethereum, representing the limitless potential of the Ethereum ecosystem. Through these endeavors, I aim to foster a vibrant, thriving, and credibly neutral ecosystem that aligns with Ethereum’s transformative potential.

• Working as a Developer Community Manager for MetaMask, the world's leading blockchain wallet and a gateway to web3. Key contributions:
• Consensys Ambassador Program: Driving the improvement of Developer Experience by spinning out and scaling an ambassador program with multiple tiers, starting from creating the GTM strategy, vetting and onboarding 50+ ambassadors who are developers at heart, managing content, incentives, mentorship, and evaluation criteria.
• MetaMask Community Calls: Showcasing projects, ideas, use cases, and partnerships, educating the community on the latest developments, and sharing key messaging for what's new around our products. One of the longest-running community initiatives at Consensys (2+ years) that generated traction among 100K+ people globally year-over-year.
• MetaMask <> Onramp Partnership: Co-led India market research resulting in a product integration with Onramp.money to support crypto purchases in India via UPI & IMPS, helping make web3 accessible by millions. Took multiple responsibilities starting from initiating the partnership, all the way up to working directly with the MetaMask engineering teams for the integration, pre-launch testing, and marketing. The integration resulted in over 938% — a nearly 10x month-over-month increase in completed crypto volume.
