Experienced in developing and executing against strategies with a background in software, hardware and service based IT with a focus on securing the enterprise and business outcome executive discussions. I have worked across a myriad of different organisations from first employee at a start up to working in the world largest IT organisations. This has provided me with really good insight into what makes an organisation successful and some of the approaches to creating a highly productive organisation. I strongly believe in a positive work / life balance as teams always perform more optimally when they are fresh and enthused, as well as having fun in what they do.
