AI & MACHINE LEARNING PLATFORM UX STRATEGY I drive foundational UX strategy for AI/ML platforms, bridging the abstraction chasm between complex infrastructure (Kubernetes, HPC) and the needs of developers. My research insights guide the creation of scalable solutions that reduce friction and build user trust. I pioneered model-first, intent-based provisioning to simplify compute setup with embedded cost visibility and observability. I also define the agent-native architectural patterns and security models for emerging multi-agent systems, ensuring seamless and secure deployment across the entire AI lifecycle. PIONEERING RESEARCH METHODOLOGY To solve the unique challenges of AI, I develop novel research methods. This year, I created: Generative Synthesis: A method using vibecoding to translate raw qualitative data into measurable, strategic UXR impact. User-Informed Technical Validation: A hybrid approach for emergent AI systems. It combines foundational user research with expert technical evaluation to uncover deep, "unknown unknown" platform gaps. This connects user-reported symptoms to their root causes, de-risking platform strategy and preventing wasted engineering effort. CONNECTING INFRASTRUCTURE TO DEVELOPER EXPERIENCE I connect deep infrastructure strategy to end-user value. My research focuses on the complete developer platform experience, from the foundational layers of GKE/GCP to the end-user, AI-powered applications they enable (e.g., Salesforce NL-Search & Analytics). This end-to-end perspective ensures platform-level decisions translate directly into an intuitive and effective developer journey. LEADERSHIP & MENTORSHIP As a Staff Researcher, I lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and mentor fellow researchers to elevate our team's craft. I am passionate about fostering a culture of excellence, securing executive buy-in for a user-centric vision, and championing ethical AI principles from the infrastructure up.
