At Scale AI, I built domain-specific synthetic data pipelines with advanced adversarial prompting, powering enterprise-grade fine-tuning (SFT, RLHF) for top-tier LLM providers. I led research using synthetic hill-climbing to uncover and close blind spots in state-of-the-art models across high-priority domains. At AWS, I advised 60+ customers on AI/ML, delivering systems that cut onboarding time by 65%, call durations by 40%, and human review by 80% — while hitting 99.9% accuracy for compliance-critical workloads.
