• 3P Ultra-Fast Groceries is an innovative shopping experience focused on ultra-fast delivery of groceries. I led the scale up of the network from one merchant in one country to 10+ merchants in five countries during my tenure. My role was to lead a team of Program Managers responsible for:
• Developing the strategy for Amazon Grocery Expansion, for new merchants & marketplaces
• Delivering projects to reduce key lines of cost in the P&L via the rollout of tech features, new equipment, and new processes.
• Prioritising and overseeing roll out of technology developed for US Whole Foods Market business in the EU through my team, and influencing Amazon’s global tech roadmaps to account for EU nuances, requirements and opportunities.

• Monitoring, projecting, and addressing bottlenecks in the 3P operation to optimise capacity and efficiency. This included building fully automated capacity monitoring systems, and driving business-critical capacity increases during Covid-19 pandemic to meet volume spikes.
• Owning Availability metrics, and aligning multiple internal organisations (Business, Finance, Operations) around goals to balance cost with customer experience.
