I'm an AI Product Manager at Paytm. I build AI tools from scratch and share what actually works (and what breaks). I got curious about how AI agents actually work. Not the Twitter threads. The actual mechanics. So I built one. Then I built chatbots, custom automations, and agentic workflows. Each from scratch. No frameworks, no wrappers, just raw APIs and a lot of prompt engineering. That taught me more than anything I'd read. Now I can't stop building.
