• PM Procurement- Handled additional charge of packaging material procurement during 2020. Created ready to use dashboards to derive order quantities. Leveraged vendor relations to integrate their production schedules to our manufacturing schedules to ensure just in time material availability.
• Project Hub & Spoke- Led the CFT to run a pilot 3PL run warehouse system in Nagpur hub which proved to be a winner in terms of cost saving and warehouse flexibility with the season load in the year 2020 doubling beyond regular trends.
