• A seasoned Director and CEO with a post graduate Diploma in Business Management, who has pioneered the deployment of TCNs from Sub Saharan Africa to Iraq. He was the amongst the first to identify the Republic of Uganda as a source for a large number of able bodied, trained, English speaking personnel for security duties for PSCs in Iraq. In fact the first Ugandans to be deployed to Iraq in 2004 were deployed by him.
• He is a team leader of repute and with his team, has always met and exceeded contract requirements in terms of numbers, quality and compressed time lines. He is well connected to the government and security agencies in most sub Saharan African countries, notably Uganda and Kenya.
• He has led government and public opinion in these countries, where the “Iraq employment” had ceased to be looked upon suspiciously and had become an independent, recognized and a respected “industry” as such, actively supported by governments. In Uganda, this “industry” is actually termed as “Iraq Kyeyo”.
• With extensive physical presence and experience in Iraq and Afghanistan at the height of the hostilities there, Alok is a veteran in “delivering” where it matters most.

• Director (Operations) Dreshak Group of companies. Involved since the beginning of TCN operations beginning from Uganda (East Africa) now in other countries of Africa as well.

• Sourcing, screening and recruiting of TCN workforce

• Organising medical screening and immunizations
• All immigration formalities including passports for the workforce
• Close liasoning and co-ordination with the Government and security agencies on a continuous basis

• Managing the TCN workforce when not on deployment

• Opening up of newer countries for TCN deployment as and when required. Have pioneered the opening up of Kenya.
• 2009 – 2010 : ICM for the company’s operations in Afghanistan
• ICM (In Country Manager) for the company’s operations in Afghanistan.
• Identified, leased 58,000 square meters of land opposite Kabul International Airport
• Set up a 160 room secure housing project (phase one of a large planned secure facility), right from identifying the premises, identifying/employing local resources, overseeing construction, designing welfare centres, marketing etc.
• Co-ordinating and liasioning with various Government/Security Agencies
• Expanding other businesses of the company like Trading, Logistics, Supplies and providing security.

• Executive Director, Navjeevan Education Society. Founded and headed the organization which grew in four years to have two day schools, one residential school, one each Law college and Management Institute. Was also invited to deliver lectures/seminars in reputed institutes and organizations like Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and Research, Indian Institute of Management, and various other NGOs and corporate entities.

• Worked with M/s Crompton Greaves Limited – the largest private sector Electrical Engineering company in India and left as Head of Marketing and Logistics of their Low Tension Control Gear Division. Also was core team member of the “Improvement Management” team, implementing IM programmes like Business Process Re-engineering, “Enterprise Resource Planning” techniques like SAP (R/3) etc. Was also a Trainer/Educator/Motivator on the corporate level.
