Coming from a family with leadership ability, I have always been a vocal person without fear. Since childhood, I enjoyed talking about places and talking about people's life stories which included their struggles and success. It helped me to aspire more in life and keep setting new goals for myself. I belong to Patna and in 2010 I did MBA from Bangalore and have spent quite a good time in corporate talking about data analytics and consumer Insight across industries like CPG, Pharma and Retail. Altogether it’s been more than a decade of working with CPG clients across the globe and serving them with proven analytics, net revenue management, consumer insights and commercial Analytics experience in a combination with strong analytics and the latest visualisation tools. I possess a high degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including Nielsen/IRI (POS and HH panel), GlobalData, Kantar Worldpanel, etc. along with a deep understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to bring business performance insights to life visually. Well, I started my career with the Times of India group and then got an opportunity to completely shift to the Analytics industry. Worked in TCS B'lore followed by Genpact and eventually reached to NCR to work with Nielsen and currently working in WNS taking care of SFE business for South East Asia region for one of the Healthcare Giant for its consumer healthcare products. In 2022, I started with my initiative BIHAR SAY (B say Bihar) when it’s more than 15years since I left Bihar for my higher education. I was there in Bangalore for almost a decade and the last five years in NCR but now when the entire world felt burnt by the pandemic I got an opportunity to work from my hometown PATNA. Now when am here for more than a year I tried to connect to many fellows who are in Bihar or outside Bihar and doing great but are highly underrated or not so well connected. I truly feel an urge to connect the dots and make a dialogue between the many startup founders, teachers, businessmen and women, philanthropists, social workers, government officials, NRI’s, politicians, players, actors, directors and common people like me and you who want to give back to society in some other way.
