I've spent 15 years in UX, with a a BSc. in UX and an MEd in talent development and diversity. My work blends research, systems, and people—always focused on making insights useful and helping teams and organizations grow with clarity and care. I currently lead several UX teams (research, experimentation & content) at ING, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive strategy, scale operations, and support continuous improvement. My strength lies in connecting the dots: between research and design, between people and their potential, and between systems and the real humans they’re meant to serve. I bring a strong foundation in UX research, along with systems thinking and people-centered leadership. I'm a bridge-builder—someone who connects insights to design decisions, puts people where they shine, and removes roadblocks so teams can move faster, smarter, and with more heart. As a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD professional, I’ve experienced firsthand how traditional systems often overlook and misunderstand neurodivergent talent. That experience now fuels my work—creating spaces, both digital and organizational, where diverse minds can thrive and where difference is seen as strength, not deficiency. I’m also the founder of UXRStudy.com, a platform for continuous learning in UX research. It helps UX professionals grow with confidence, and find the kind of support that traditional paths often lack. Whether I’m scaling research, mentoring teams, or advocating for inclusive leadership, my work is about shaping systems that fit people, not the other way around.
