I am humbled and honoured to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte South Asia. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to the core values of stewardship of exceptional talent, client centricity, integrity, and learning from failures. I am a fierce believer in Purpose and rallying people to a common cause, and I am proud to have led signature community initiatives at Deloitte in collaboration with various state governments. These include initiatives like Anemia Mukt Bharat, Sanjeevani Pariyojana, anti-erosion embankment project, and Stubble burning. In my more than two decades of experience, I have served Indian and global clients on large transformation programmes across more than 40 countries and helped shape their growth strategies, profitability, restructuring, technology, and people agenda. In my last role as President-Consulting, I helped grow the consulting practice from 2,000 to over 10,000 people, making India the fastest-growing practice across the Deloitte network. I am a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor and have also completed the Executive Leadership International program at INSEAD. I am a part of the India Advisory Board for the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF). I live in Bangalore with my wife, Akila and our son, Ayaan. I am passionate about sports, especially Cricket, and often find analogies and lessons that can be applied in business.
