Execution competence is what I bring to the table with a clear focus on People, Strategy and Operations. I have spent 28 years building sustainable businesses, robust processes and high performance teams delivering consistent business results across multiple sectors. Capability Development, New Business Development, Market Expansion and Talent Management has been my key focus. I spent another 68 months as a full time care giver to my wife as we fought an intense battle with a rare, refractory and incurable form of leukaemia. This journey was an eye opener to us to the amazing potential of the human spirit and how one can literally live on a wing and a prayer with grace and gratitude while facing a certain outcome. A real life crisis management 24/7. Managing an internet business during the dotcom meltdown of 1999 and sustaining a media business during the global financial meltdown of 2008 are invaluable experiences in crisis management. It has been a rich learning experience working with diverse set of people in different markets across multiple verticals. The experience of building greenfield businesses has been invaluable. Interacting with Govt. bodies and statutory authorities has been a rich learning experience. I rate my ability to keep my curiosity quotient alive as the root cause of my progress so far. Ability to relate to all levels in an organisation helps me to cut to chase quickly.

  • Sole full time care giver / homemaker to my wife as we fought an intense battle with a rare, refractory and incurable form of leukaemia.
  • While the prognosis was between 6-18months, we fought the battle for 68 months. During this time she successfully overcame the cancer twice but every relapse made it drug resistant. We overcame sepsis shock twice during this period as well.
  • This journey was an eye opener to us to the amazing potential of the human spirit and how one can literally live on a wing and a prayer with grace and gratitude while facing a certain outcome.
