About

After a few enriching experiences in corporate and startup environments, I took the leap into entrepreneurship. I built a wearable-based app designed to deliver real-time stress, anxiety, and panic alerts. The app provided quick mindfulness techniques tailored to the time, type, and cause of the alert—helping users calm down within 30 seconds. We identified our target audience among users with smartwatches priced under ₹10k, but the data accuracy from these devices posed challenges in achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF). Despite this, we reached 15,000 users and converted 210 into paying customers. Our focus was on creating a robust, crash-free product, and we succeeded—with zero crashes in two years. Interestingly, this was achieved with almost no marketing spend, relying purely on organic growth. The journey taught me invaluable lessons in product development, user behavior, and market dynamics. Looking forward to leveraging these insights in my next venture! 🚀

  • MindGinie is a low cost & data backed solution that detects, diagnose & provides solutions for Panic & Anxiety Attacks.
  • Through multiple iterations, we discovered that the real need exists among users with affordable smartwatches (<₹10K / <$120). However, most of these wearables lack accurate health tracking and real-time data APIs, making seamless integration impossible—posing a major challenge to PMF (Product-Market Fit).
  • Given these constraints, we exited the Android and Apple ecosystem. However, MindGinie served around 15,000 users over the last 2 years and successfully converted 210 users into paying customers. We invested heavily in building a robust product that maintained a zero-crash record throughout this period. However, all our marketing efforts were purely organic and AS-driven, with no significant investment in promotions.
