• Safe AI Lausanne is a student group that aims to reduce risks from advanced AI.
• During its first year of existence, the group has organized a weekly reading group, a 7-week seminar on AI safety, and a 10-day bootcamp to equip 20 highly motivated students with technical AI safety skills.

• Implemented and tested the control system of a new adaptive optics solution. This new solution highly reduced the costs while guaranteeing clear images of cells from the pigmented layer of retina.

• Designed and built the parachute and the ejection system of a rocket. The interdisciplinary project consists in designing, building and launching a fully operational rocket to compete at the space port America cup.
