• Performed tests on two different accounting systems (SAP, Java) used for managing, insurance and reinsurance of assets. My initial role was to perform functional and exploratory testing on an SAP.
• My role was upgraded to automation specialist with the responsibility of creating automated tests based on given scenarios. Performed functional regression and data driven testing. Provided client developer teams with detailed reports on quality metrics, identified bugs/flaws and recommended fixes.
• Main achievement and responsibilities:
• Increased the regression suite for the project by 20 percent – as the person responsible for automating scenarios for 3 main modules of the application I created more than 100 automated tests based on change requests and functional requirements specifications witch increased the projects regression suite by almost 20 percent.
• Trained the team in using vbscript ¬– due to my QTP (Quick Test Professional) knowledge I held trainings on different concepts for my team members.
• Improved function library –created and integrated new functions for the test automation tool in order to improve the daily operations (for example a German IBAN generator).
• Solved repository migration issue- after migrating the test cases to the new version of HP Quality Center more than 100 test cases were not migrated correctly. In order to amend this I created an automated script that made the update.

• Administrator for the SharePoint application which managed the Accounting Approval communication(Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Master data, Cost Accounting). Responsible for first level support, end user training, functional and UAT testing.
• Due to my position, I had the possibility to spend more than 4 months at our company’s Headquarters in Berlin, which was an excellent opportunity to develop my skills regarding working in a multicultural environment.
• Main achievement and responsibilities:
• Create user documents - created process models for all accounting areas present in the system, created user manual, training materials and administration manual, KPI development.
• Migrated countries in the system- migrated 3 new countries in the SharePoint system. The implementation process included presentations face-to-face and via same time sessions. Also assuring support for local and global departments and Key Users in the daily activities, incident management, implementation and release-upgrades
