• Responsible for Data Management and Analysis, investigating Business Processes and Procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommending improvements to systems, practices and behaviour. Assist with IT Support and Maintenance including monitoring and troubleshooting all computer networks. Preparation of BI Reporting using all available data from the systems used in the business and Tableau as visualization tool.
• Challenges: Developing Business Intelligence analytics and solutions through data in a traditional company with no previous data culture.
• Success Case: Creating a series of detailed Tableau dashboards that allowed the managers and directors to visualize performance indicators such as geographical market penetration, sales representatives’ activities, customer engagement as well as branch and products goals and achievements. It was challenging to source and wrangle the data from the third-party database, but once the reports were created the board was impressed by the results and how they are useful in assisting decision making and identifying potential for improvements. This project evolved into an entire BI and Analytics ecosystem spread across the company, with role-based operational dashboards and management tools for every department.

• Extracting reports and creating data visualization from Enterprise Resource Planning system. The tasks included applying Business Intelligence techniques to analyse performance for different branches and products, using SQL Server (T-SQL) to manipulate and interrogate the data and Tableau to create insightful dashboards. The role includes creating Data Warehouse solutions and ensuring Data Integrity throughout the project.

• Working as a site installation technician, leading a team to perform the Reverse Vending Machine kiosks installations. Also responsible for maintenance, upgrades and repairs. • Challenges: Implementing ERP and CRM systems to customers from a wide variety of industries, understanding their specific needs and business models to develop the best software solutions for each one.
• Success Case: Develop an enterprise solution that monitored resources, production process from end to end, employee’s productivity, sales and customer management to one very traditional business. At the beginning it was hard to get all the stakeholders and teams to embrace the changes and also to train the users, but they were happy when achieved greater production efficiency, better resource usage with less waste and increased productivity.
