I’m Vice President of Amazon European Stores, where I’ve been leading our retail business across the region as of March 2025. Since joining Amazon in 2010, I’ve helped grow our retail and Prime Now operations across Europe and Asia-Pacific, constantly learning, adapting, and asking how we can serve customers better. What keeps me energized every day is Amazon’s culture - one that values curiosity, high standards, and a deep obsession with solving problems for customers. Over the years, I’ve learned that asking “Why?” - and being willing to truly listen to the answers - is one of the most powerful tools for innovation and leadership. It takes courage to question the way things have always been done, and even more to act differently. But that mindset - the willingness to challenge, reimagine, and build better - is what creates meaningful impact. But no result is sustainable without people. I care deeply about growing individuals and teams - creating environments where people feel ownership, where they can stretch, learn, and ultimately thrive. Supporting others to do the best work of their careers is one part of my job that I love the most. Outside of work, I stay connected to purpose through nonprofit work. I serve on the Board of Directors at Fondazione Telethon and as Vice President of Associazione Astera, which I co-founded to support local communities. I also make time for the things that bring me joy and balance - traveling, photography, modern art, and getting my hands in the garden.
