• Redesigned a fleet ops dashboard using Nielsen’s 10 heuristics to turn KPIs into clear, actionable cards. Each card pairs Target vs Actual + delta with a cause → action flow (e.g., “Simulate reroute”) and consistent units/contrast for accessibility. • AVEVA, a British software company, presented us with a challenge statement. Our task was to creatively innovate and propose potential solutions. I documented the entire design process and showcased the solutions developed using various creative techniques.
• Goal: To support carbon footprint awareness and behavior change at the household level
• Conducted user interviews and research to uncover real needs
• Developed personas, defined pain points, and framed “How Might We” questions
• Used creative techniques (brainwriting, clustering, backronym challenge) to generate ideas
• Designed a feedback system that visualizes energy use and source transparency
• Validated assumptions, created storyboards, and tested the concept iteratively
