• Implemented critical features successfully for comprehensive, one-to-one systems management product which provides end-user a interface to manage server storage elements such as RAID, H/W Devices and Sensors, Events using 'C/C++' language and 'Visual Studio IDE'.

• Training on Peoplesoft Tool
• This one month Green Field training gave us an introduction to Oracle's PeopleSoft applications. These applications provide comprehensive business and industry solutions, enabling organizations to increase productivity, accelerate business performance, and provide a lower cost of ownership. As PeopleSoft tool requires scripting language 'Peoplecode' we practiced few assignment using Peoplecode. This training later evaluated with a final exam which was cleared on the first attempt and a group project.
• Service Management Team
• Service Management team is (SPOC) single point of contact between users and IT staff. It plays very important role in Service industry. This position improved command over language as we had to manage offshore corporate users. It also helped to improve critical thinking and decision-making under pressure as few high priority issue were raised and were successfully resolved with interaction with team members. Focus and presence of mind are always required when dealing with different user issues.
