• Worked on the iOS team at Lapse, a Series A startup building the next-generation social media app. Managed engineering delivery for several large feature projects including a Rolls App Clip and Instant Frames. Outside prescribed product work, proposed and executed multiple projects for internal developer tooling, launch performance optimisations, and bundle size reductions. Evangelised agentic AI engineering tools, getting our engineering team up to speed, and supporting product R&D with breakneck AI-assisted prototyping.

• Spearheaded mobile engineering at Gener8, managing (and hiring) iOS and Android engineering talent. Both apps were rated 4.7* with over 500k installs. On joining, took over delivery of our behind-schedule MVPs, and undertook a heroic schedule to get both apps across the line in my first 3 months. I delivered a complex, performant, accessible SwiftUI app with a 99.99% crash-free rate.

• Carbn was an iOS app that gamified climate action. We achieved 20k downloads, 4k MAU, and a consistent 4.8* App Store rating. Our v2.0 launch was featured by Apple on the App Store front page in Feb 2021. I built the whole system full-stack, including a modular SwiftUI app, Python backend, and serverless AWS infra. As well as engineering, as co-founder I had a hand in design, product, growth marketing, hiring, management, and analytics.
