• Serving as the Director of Engineering at YourDost.com was a uniquely meaningful experience, blending technology with the critical domain of mental health support. As the father of an autistic child, I could personally appreciate the value of counseling, which deepened my commitment to this role.
• I led the development of the YourDost mobile application from scratch, providing users with a seamless and accessible tool for mental health support. Collaborating closely with psychology experts, I translated counseling workflows into intuitive digital experiences.
• In addition to building the app, I revamped all software systems, creating scalable and reliable architectures to handle sensitive data securely and support growing user demands. I also focused on building high-performing technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that delivered impactful solutions.
