I am the Founder & Chief Product Officer of Jombay (a CIEL HR Group Company), a mother to 2 sons, a vegan, conversationalist, and also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer :). With a Master's from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, I was selected as one of the promising Women Entrepreneurs to watch for by the Economic Times. I also worked with a Stanford University Professor at RMS Inc. in California before moving back to India. In 2010, I founded Jombay and took on the role of Chief Product Officer, helping organizations build a Workplace of Winners. In 2022, Jombay became a part of Ciel HR. As a CPO at Jombay, I believe in bringing consumer user experience to build enterprise products. I advocate that there are no self-made leaders and that an innovative company is built on small innovations that come from every corner of the organization.
