I have a deep understanding of technology and how technology products need to be built for scalability and sustainability. With 25 years of diversified experience across consumer electronics in leading organizations like Philips and HP, GPU researcher at the HiPC Lab in IISc and building proprietary conversational platforms at Koach.AI & Game based learning on Play Kairos Today as I lead the product platform at Koach.AI & Play Kairos which includes the product and the technology roadmap. Having built both platforms from scratch, I have straddled Technology, Business and Product development across the life cycle of the organization.

Koach.AI is India's first proprietary AI based coaching platform leveraging the human AI partnership. The application uses AI to generate user profiling and recommended development programs for them. As an application that used GEN AI to drive individual performance, it enabled democratising coaching for youth in the non-profit skilling sector. The Platform today is a impact product in the L&D domain that helps organisations measure the change and impact of their learning outcomes.
My role drives the product development and technology teams to deliver the core value proposition of the company.
Over the years my role has involved building small prototypes to enable proof of concept for the business and then building the platform for scale and sustainability. A constant engagement with the business and user experiences have formed the core of the product development philosophy of the Koach platform that has led to engineering decisions of feature development, data storage and bandwidth utilization.
As part of my efforts today our product and engineering teams have built an engaging and robust platform that is highly scalable for the Indian market with a low cost footprint in a highly cost conscious market.

In this project I looked at how parallel programs written in OpenMP can be translated into OpenCL. For this I have implemented the OpenMP to OpenCL translator using an existing open source implementation of OpenMP to CUDA translation. This implementation uses Cetus, a source-to-source compiler. Optimizations, to improve the performance of the translated to code, have been implemented in this translator for both OpenCL and CUDA translations.
