About

I currently lead HR for our Technology organization and co-lead the Synchrony Skills Academy Adult Track, a 12-month fellowship helping adults pivot into tech careers. Prior to my current role, I was the HR Partner for HR at Synchrony and co-led the efforts to build the Synchrony Skills Academy in Stamford, CT - aimed at reskilling and upskilling underrepresented communities. I also launched our first internal Tech Apprenticeship Program and Global Tech Certification reimbursement program. I spent more than 18 years at Mastercard, working globally across nearly every corner of HR — from HR Business Partnership to Compensation to Talent Management — and even filed a patent for an HR idea that connected employees to bite-sized learning opportunities.
