With over 15 years in the aviation industry, I’ve had the privilege of building a strong foundation across customer service, complaint resolution, operational support, and later, in the specialized areas of Emergency Response Planning (ERP) and Organizational Preparedness. My journey across leading Indian carriers; IndiGo, Air India, and Akasa Air, gave me the opportunity to lead ERP initiatives, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver station-level training to strengthen compliance and readiness across the network. Along the way, I focused on delivering consistent, empathetic, and timely support to passengers and teams, aiming to strengthen trust and ensure operational stability even in challenging circumstances. Beyond operations and systems, I also had the privilege of being trained and involved in providing humanitarian assistance to passengers, crew, and families during aviation emergencies and distressing events, a responsibility I approached with both empathy and accountability. Whether managing disruptions, conducting drills, or responding to real-world incidents, my focus remained on enabling a coordinated, compassionate, and effective response. As I begin a new chapter with ADP, I carry forward the same spirit of preparedness, care, and collaboration that aviation has instilled in me.
