• I Interned this summers as a Program Manager on the O365 core- Enterprise Cloud team. Customers’ on-boarding process requires manual and high touch planning and scheduling of mailbox migrations. Thus migration from on-prem to the cloud takes months to years to complete and can be complex. Especially Untangling delegate relationships can be hard. In the 12 weeks of my Internship I did the following:
• Designed a prototype of the "Migration Batch Creation Engine" that builds the platform and framework for a durable feature in the O365 Enterprise admin portal.
• Reduced the customer onboarding time from years to months. The feature will automatically suggest migration batches based on Azure Active Directory static attributes and inject them into the system if desired.
• Applied Machine learning and Graph traversal techniques like Breadth First Search and K-means clustering to the V1 of the “Migration Batch Creation Engine” feature.
• Automated the batch creation process and thus reduced the time required to create batches. Hence, made the O365 admin experience PowerShell driven.

• With Blockchain being the new disruption in Technology and taking the experience of peer to peer to a whole new level. My team and I at Eller are part of a Consulting project with Intel Corporation. Some of my major responsibilities in this project are:
• Researching the areas where Blockchain can be applied other than the financial services.
• Analyzing the market and understanding the need and requirement of this new technology.
• Creating use cases with Blockchain, IOT (Internet of Things), and A.I.(Artificial Intelligence)
• Recommending feasible and powerful solution in areas where Blockchain can revolutionalize the Industry and customer experience.

• I joined Nationwide as a Data Analyst Intern in a major commercial line project. My major responsibilities included:
• As a Data Analyst Intern in Guidewire Policy Center Data Migration project, I analyzed the data models of the Policy center as well as the legacy systems.
• Created a report on four major projects involved in the Data migration of legacy systems and potential gaps if any in the selected projects.
• Conducted Data Analysis- Data Profiling- IDQ Informatica tool to understand the nature of the data and identify the relationships between various data objects.
• Metadata Management in IDQ to get the whole view of data and relationships from source(legacy systems) to target(Policy Center)
• Data Modeling- Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler and IBM Data Architect to develop and create logical and relational data models
• Data Mapping- studied and analyzed the various data models of the legacy, intermediate and target systems.
• Worked in both relational and dimensional data modeling using IBM's Data architect and wrote SQL queries in Oracle and SQL servers.
• Gained knowledge in the Guidewire Policy Center data model key entities(Account, Policy, Contact, Location)
• Designed a data dictionary for the intermediate data system which will be utilized in the project.
• Worked with Data Analysts leads of the interface, migration, downstream and upstream application projects to understand the data analysis happening in these projects.
• Also gained knowledge about how requirements are collected, how story cards are prepared and how agile projects run.
• Understood the process and work happening in various production lines of the annuity side of business of Nationwide.

• Led a 5-member team to develop an adoption strategy that helps Microsoft in deploying TV White Spaces in Colombia and help the community to come at par with the rest of the world. This strategy will help enhance the education system and the coffee production in Colombia.

• Managed project requirements, timelines, deliverables and milestones to achieve the desired result.
