I build products to fix messy workflows. I started with Onethread, a project management software for the enterprise market in my region. Learned what it means to sell into larger organizations, ship fast, and compete with bigger players. Along the way, I built and sold a few micro SaaS products, mostly experiments that turned into real tools people paid for. Those gave me reps in shipping lean, building distribution from scratch, and understanding what breaks when you don’t think about scale early. Now I’m working on Agency Handy, focused on helping agencies grow without drowning in complexity. Most owners I talk to have between 5 and 15 team members, and they don’t need enterprise playbooks; they need leverage. That’s what I’m building. Most of my time is spent working with SaaS and AI products, talking to founders, running experiments, and turning lessons into working systems.
