In my expanded role I lead both EMEA and APAC GTM teams. As such, I frequently collaborate with different functions. My role is people-orientated and I get fulfilment from leading a multicultural team and embracing the diversity of different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences. Nurturing a collaborative environment where our different cultures intersect makes for an invigorating and inspiring workplace. Encouraging progress at every step is a core principle of my managerial philosophy and another crucial part of my role. Watching team members evolve as they navigate challenges and achieve milestones is incredibly rewarding. These leadership values trickle through to other aspects of my life outside work, where I enjoy coaching juniors at my local rugby club. My experience includes a rich history in software companies, working across different stages of development from start-up to maturity, market leadership and exit, including significant organic and inorganic growth. This trend has continued as my career has evolved and has led me into different technology domains. I also enjoy serving on the boards of several companies in my role as an early stage investor.
