I love the chaos, the ownership, and the freedom to create actual value. Being part of the core team at kwiqreply.io was one of those rare experiences where challenge met purpose. I got to help build a SaaS platform from the ground up one that helps businesses automate customer support on the WhatsApp Business API.
Leading a team of 5 developers, I was responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of the platform from brainstorming features to getting the product live on an AWS.
Along the way, I:
Designed and implemented chatbot integrations, automated ticket management, and other smart tools that made customer support faster and more efficient.
Worked directly with clients, onboarding them, understanding their needs, and turning feedback into impactful product updates.
Automated repetitive processes, cutting down manual work and improving response times across the system.
And yes, played a role in helping the company secure $300,000 in funding from Turbostart, which validated the value we were creating.
It was a journey full of late nights, sharp learning curves, and incredible collaboration, but most importantly, it taught me what it takes to turn an idea into a scalable, production-grade product.
