In addition, I also worked on major projects in energy and infrastructure and on financing transactions.

• 💫Representing Bright Food (Group) Co.,Ltd. and its affiliated entities in a financing transaction with Bank Hapoalim of approx. NIS 2 billion bank loan consummated simultaneously with the closing of the purchase of the controlling interest in Tnuva;
• 💫Representing Bright Food Group Co., Ltd. in the sale of the controlling interest in Tnuva to Bright Food for 8.6 billion NIS;
• 💫 Kamada Ltd.'s Nasdaq IPO;
• 💫 Represented a consortium of foreign and Israeli companies in the $550 million tender for the development of a systems depot for the Tel-Aviv metropolitan light rail.

• Tyco International Ltd.'s acquisition of Visonic Ltd. for USD 100 million;
• GE Lighting's acquisition of Lightech for an undisclosed amount; and
• Flextronics' acquisition of Borsuk Ltd and Borsuk Metals Ltd. assets for an undisclosed amount.
