• Joule Scenarios for RwSM on SAP Cloud ALM is a chat-based conversational experience that makes the RISE with SAP Methodology actionable, automates clean-core tasks, and accelerates transformation. It provides first-level support, coaching, and guidance to help all stakeholders understand and work with the methodology. I manage the project end to end, covering onboarding, capability development, content onboarding and validation, roadmap definition and packaging, architecture approval, AI ethics sign-off, quality checks, definition of base and premium use cases, commercialization planning, and building the demo storyline for the Office of the CTO in collaboration with the Joule team.

• The gAIn program is an x-Board initiative focused on embedding artificial intelligence into transformation tools and services to reduce implementation costs and duration for partners, customers, and SAP, ultimately increasing the attractiveness of the RISE with SAP offering and related transformations.
• I serve as the single point of contact for all projects and contributions within my solution area and manage end to end the Test Management project—driving high-level automation and autonomous generation of test scope, manual test case, related test data provisioning, and automated test through to handover to any test automation framework for execution.
• I also support the business architecture of the Transition Guidance project, which delivers targeted transformation guidance based on specific customer data and choices through smart insights and guided self-services, playing a pivotal role in the RISE with SAP Methodology interlock.
• I am proud to have contributed to the Sapphire Board demo storyline featuring gAIn topics, the integrated toolchain with Joule, and the Office of the CTO team, and I conduct transformation workshops to create awareness of SAP transformation tools and gAIn projects with customers.
