I joined during a pivotal period, as the agency grew from 40 to 150 staff, moved to Prague, and underwent significant program changes, including the launch of GNSS ground stations and in-orbit validation. As Legal Counsel, I advised the Board and Executive Director on legal matters for the Galileo and EGNOS programs, covering procurement, spectrum, IPR, liability, compliance, and security.
