I believe intelligent robots are the path to the future and accurate simulations of reality are needed to train more robust and generalized robots that can perform multiple tasks in varied environments and conditions. We are creating simulations and training models at AuraML with AI powered 3D scene generation, automated creation of varied environments and accurate sensor simulations which can be used to generate synthetic data and test and train robots.

  • Our text to scenario generation and fully automated cloud based setup allows robotics engineers to focus on building great robots instead of trying to figure out simulation pipelines and setups especially for large multi robot and big environment simulations. With the easy text based scene generation, users can generate multiple edge case scenarios and thoroughly test every possible condition by simply writing the test cases out in text.

  • Research internship under Dr. K Madhava Krishna at the Robotics lab at IIIT-Hyderabad. We worked on developing a quadrotor platform for performing autonomous navigation. During the intern I worked on building a ground station software that would communicate with the quadrotor in the air and get flight and diagnostic information in real time. I also worked on optical flow based stabilization for the quadrotor using a downward facing machine vision camera and an Extended Kalman filter to fuse the sensor data from various sensors.
