• Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/s, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, induction, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal).
• Manage and develop the reporting system/staff.
• Evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
• Perform job analysis for new jobs that don’t have job descriptions and reviewing and updating job descriptions whenever there is change in responsibility or company restricting.
