I am a strategic transformation leader and board-level contributor with over 30 years’ experience driving organisational performance, governance reform and cultural change across higher education, membership bodies and politically governed organisations. In my executive capacity, I serve as Director of Careers, Employability & Student Enterprise at the University of Southampton, leading one of the institution’s four strategic priorities.
