Being an IT Head and Technology enabler led from the front during the pandemic to ensure Parle's IT infrastructure and critical business processes like ordering and supply chain work to deliver increase in the demand. Also led the teams to re-look at the IT architecture and completed successful migration of mission critical SAP & Non SAP workloads on Cloud. Currently introduced Data Analytics vertical under IT and planning to develop it as a key contributor for Parle's Business. Successfully completed mail migration from HCL Notes to O365 for more than 3000+ user base of the Parle. Various Infra, Network and Security solutions (Wi-Fi, SDWAN, AV Solutions, Network Connectivity, WIFI, Emailing, Proxy solution, NAC Solution and Security etc.) are implemented to strengthen the Security and Network within the organization. Various cost effective Software Initiatives such as SAP BTP adaption, RPA and Workflow driven solutions implemented to improve performance and efficiency. Instrumental in building Parle's Data Lakehouse on Azure using Databricks Lakehouse open-source Architecture.
