• I work alongside Bill Trenchard, one of First Round's Partners, to evaluate new investments, run the diligence process, and help founders on their path to building lasting companies. I also supported our newest partner, Liz Wessel, as her interim COS.

• I led the Community team, whose focus is to build connections and share knowledge between and for the teams we have invested in! I ran one of First Round's largest strategic initiatives - 'Fast Track', a quarter-long mentorship program that has created thousands of mentorship relationships for startup founders and operators. I also ran our co-founder matching program, led multiple book clubs with our angels investors / portfolio companies, and supported our internal community platform, First Round Network.
• First Round is a seed-stage venture firm focused on building a vibrant community of technology entrepreneurs and companies, including Uber, Square and Warby Parker. Through custom-built software, incredible in-person experiences, and a host of other unique services, we help tiny companies get big while constantly reimagining the role of venture capital.
