About

I advise boards, investors, and executives on governance, compliance, and risk—bringing a behavioral science lens to strengthen oversight, shape culture, and build resilient organizations. As Founder & President of Eunomia Risk Advisory, Inc. and Eunomia Global LLC, I help organizations transform governance and compliance into strategic assets that protect investments, accelerate growth, and reinforce trust. At Eunomia, we combine governance expertise, legal capability, and behavioral insights to anticipate risk, enhance decision-making, and strengthen ethical leadership. Our work spans: * Board & Governance Advisory: Guiding boards, regulators, and investors—including VC and PE firms—on oversight, fiduciary duty, and governance practices that protect investments and enable sustainable growth. * Behavioral Risk & Culture Diagnostics: Applying behavioral economics and data analytics to calibrate enterprise risk appetite and drive ethical decision-making. * Program Design & Fractional Leadership: Developing global compliance frameworks, embedding scalable CCO/GC support, and aligning governance structures with business strategy. * Regulatory Engagement & Defense: Managing inquiries and relationships with DOJ, SEC, OFAC, FinCEN, and federal monitors with credibility and foresight. My approach is informed by 20+ years in senior leadership roles. At Panasonic Avionics Corporation, part of the $70B Panasonic family, I oversaw Ethics & Compliance in the Americas and Europe and helped steer the company through its FCPA federal monitorship. Later, as Global Head of Compliance, Risk & Privacy for Pall Corporation, a Danaher subsidiary, I directed global governance and compliance strategy across industries and regions. Earlier, I practiced as a securities enforcement litigator and senior regulatory attorney. Today, I bring this blend of governance experience, legal rigor, and behavioral science to help organizations govern wisely, act ethically, and grow with confidence.
