• Drove Scan & Pay end-to-end as project lead, spanning product alignment, backend and frontend execution, POS integration, and mentoring junior engineers; unlocked QSR onboarding (1,000+ restaurants), added ~1,000 OPD, ₹4.6+ Cr GOV, and eliminated wrong-outlet / wrong-amount payment failures.

• Independently delivered Order Relay Platform for Dineout, ensuring real-time order, payout, and refund data propagation to the Vendor dashboard by integrating OMS, Finance, CRM, Kafka, and downstream services.
• Drove multiple high-impact production releases for Swiggy Dineout, unblocking teams through deep payment-stack ownership, improving checkout reliability, enabling Swiggy One benefits for users, and scaling traffic peaks up to 6×, contributing to weekend order growth from ~7K/day to ~15K/day.
