About

My name is Bhadra Ranchod, and I am a Business and Entrepreneurship lecturer at CPUT in Cape Town, South Africa. My journey has been shaped by both struggle and growth. I have faced setbacks in career, confidence, business, and finances, but those seasons taught me humility, resilience, gratitude, and the importance of believing in myself. As an academic, I am passionate about helping students grow not only through theory, but through real-life lessons that can guide them toward better decisions. As someone who also believes strongly in entrepreneurship, I see business as a way of solving problems, creating value, and building confidence. Over the last few years, I have also developed a deep interest in blockchain. What drew me in was not just crypto, but the bigger idea of transparency, participation, and a new digital economy that can empower ordinary people in new ways. Today, my mission is simple: to educate, inspire, and help others think differently about their future, their mindset, and the opportunities emerging around us. I want my voice and content to stand for trust, love, joy, and hope and to remind people that with the right mindset and willingness to learn, change is possible.
