• Led a team of analysts to the creation of the World Bank’s first comprehensive portfolio of Investment Climate activities representing $30 billion in financing and technical assistance over 15 years.
• Co-authored a case study on the effectiveness of the World Bank's PPP interventions in Brazil (e.g. metro systems in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo).
• Estimated over $36 million in potential benefits for IFC’s equity portfolio if lessons distilled from past experiences are systematically applied to current and future project design and supervision.
• Efforts were recognized as part of the World Bank Group's public evaluations on Investment Climate, Public Private Partnerships, and Operational Effectiveness respectively. These were presented to the World Bank Group Committee on Development Effectiveness (the highest internal guidance authority, comprised Executive Directors of member nations).
• Led a team of 10 JPAs to influence senior World Bank leadership to overturn a 12-year rule that prevented JPAs from working at the World Bank for two years after end of term. Recommended fundamental structural changes to the program to make it relevant to the World Bank's current talent requirements. This landmark decision was publicly called out by President Jim Yong Kim at the JPA Youth Summit in 2013.

• We developed models for performance modeling, spatial capacity planning and revenue management for parked rental cars in a proposed used-car-sharing network.
• We applied a novel stochastic optimization rule to improve both revenue and vehicle utilization.
• We then included an analytical model and simulation based on a Markov Decision Process, and compared results from this more robust approach to our earlier stochastic optimization method.
• Our results were published at IEEE's Forum on Integrated and Sustainable Transportation System conference in Vienna, Austria.
